Change one relevant factor, run enough cycles to see the effect and record the result. Keep a known-good recipe and avoid compensating for a mechanical feed or packer problem with unrelated weighing settings.
Stop if safe access, guarding, electrical integrity, compressed air, structural support or hazardous product control is in doubt. Maintenance should follow safe isolation procedures and competent site rules.
